Steve Reneker serves as Director of Project Delivery at Baja, bringing more than 25 years of construction experience and over a decade focused on EV charging, renewable energy, and distributed energy infrastructure.

His background spans project development, engineering coordination, estimating, utility and interconnection strategy, procurement, and construction delivery across complex commercial and infrastructure projects. Steve has led programs involving EV charging, solar, battery energy storage, microgrids, and supporting electrical infrastructure, with an emphasis on translating early-stage concepts into practical, constructible solutions.

At Baja, Steve oversees project delivery and helps integrate the company’s core parking and canopy expertise with solar, energy storage, EV charging, and other distributed energy solutions. His focus is on building repeatable delivery processes, managing project risk, and ensuring projects move efficiently from design and preconstruction through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Steve holds California C-10 Electrical and B General Building contractor licenses and brings a field-driven perspective to engineering, constructability, and project execution.
