PROJECT OVERVIEW

Baja Carports designed and constructed a non-solar box beam carport system for the Wildflower Station Apartments. The project provides covered parking for residents while enhancing comfort, vehicle protection, and overall site functionality within the residential community. The structure was engineered to integrate with the apartment layout while delivering long-term durability and a clean architectural appearance.

THE CHALLENGE

The apartment community required additional covered parking to improve resident experience and protect vehicles from sun exposure and weather conditions. The design needed to make efficient use of limited parking area. It also needed to fit a clean, residential-compatible aesthetic. The structure had to be durable and require minimal maintenance. Above all, it had to provide safe, convenient covered access for residents.

THE Solution

Baja Carports engineered and installed a box beam steel canopy system designed to maximize coverage while maintaining an open and functional parking layout.

Results
  • Continuous shaded parking for residents
  • Structurally efficient steel framing system
  • Long-span coverage optimized for residential site constraints
  • Low-maintenance, durable design for long-term performance
