After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University, Morayma joined Baja Construction in 2001 and has built a diverse career spanning more than two decades with the company. Throughout her tenure, she has held a variety of positions that have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and business operations.

Morayma’s career progression at Baja Construction has included roles as Administrative Assistant, Accounts Receivable Manager, Project Manager, and responsibilities in Job Costing and Scheduling. These experiences have allowed her to develop expertise in financial management, project coordination, operational planning, and process improvement.

Currently, Morayma serves as Director of Procurement, where she oversees purchasing strategies, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and supply chain management to support the successful execution of construction projects. Her broad experience across multiple departments enables her to bring a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven approach to her work, helping Baja Construction maintain operational efficiency and deliver exceptional value to clients.
